Why i do this work
My passion for legacy didn’t begin with photography. It’s deeply personal.
As someone who’s adopted, I grew up learning that family isn’t defined by biology alone. I had the privilege of witnessing an extraordinary woman leave behind something far greater than photographs alone. She left wisdom, traditions, unwavering love, and stories that are still told around the dinner table today.
From that moment on, photography became about more than beautiful images. It became a way to protect the stories families carry forward.

how many hours of coverage do we need?
Every wedding is different. The right amount of coverage depends on what you want documented, from getting ready and your ceremony to portraits, dinner, and dancing. We’ll talk through your plans together and choose the coverage that makes the most sense for your day.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE??
Your final gallery will be carefully curated and fully edited to tell the complete story of your wedding day. The exact number varies depending on your coverage and everything happening throughout the day, but your collection will include the meaningful moments, people, details, and celebrations that make your wedding yours.
CAN WE SEE A FULL WEDDING GALLERY?
Absolutely. A portfolio shows you the highlights, but a full gallery gives you a much better idea of how I document an entire wedding day from beginning to end. I’m happy to share a full gallery so you know exactly what you can expect.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
You won’t have to wait until your full gallery is finished to relive your wedding. You’ll receive a sneak peek shortly after your wedding day, with your complete, professionally edited gallery delivered within 8 weeks.
what if it rains?
This is Washington, so a little rain doesn’t scare me. Some of the most beautiful photographs happen on misty, rainy days. I’ll keep an eye on the forecast, work with the conditions we’re given, and help create a backup plan when needed so a little Washington weather doesn’t get in the way of enjoying your day.
do you offer a second photographer?
Yes. A second photographer can be added when your wedding would benefit from additional coverage. For larger celebrations, multiple locations, or timelines where important moments are happening at the same time, I may recommend adding one. We’ll talk through your plans together and decide whether it makes sense for your day.
HOW DO WE BOOK OUR DATE?
Once you’re ready to make it official, I’ll send over your contract and retainer invoice. Your wedding date is officially reserved once both are completed. From there, we’ll start planning together and I’ll be here as a resource all the way through your wedding day.
We’re awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
More than okay. Most couples tell me this before their session. My approach focuses on genuine connection and natural interaction rather than stiff posing, so your images feel authentic to who you are.
