Why i do this work
My passion for legacy didn’t begin with photography. It’s deeply personal.
As someone who’s adopted, I grew up learning that family isn’t defined by biology alone. I had the privilege of witnessing an extraordinary woman leave behind something far greater than photographs alone. She left wisdom, traditions, unwavering love, and stories that are still told around the dinner table today.
From that moment on, photography became about more than beautiful images. It became a way to protect the stories families carry forward.
Every wedding is more than a celebration. It’s the beginning of a family’s next chapter. The moments you create today become the stories your children and grandchildren will one day cherish.

Do you help us choose an elopement location?
Absolutely. Whether you’re envisioning mountain views, forests, lakes, beaches, or something completely unique, I’ll help narrow down locations that fit your vision, accessibility needs, and desired experience.
Do we need permits for our elopement?
Some public lands and parks require permits for ceremonies or professional photography. I’ll help point you in the right direction and guide you through any permit requirements relevant to your chosen location.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book between 3–12 months in advance, though last-minute elopements are always welcome if availability allows.
Can we bring family and friends?
Absolutely. Elopements can be just the two of you or include your closest loved ones. We’ll build coverage around whatever feels right for your day.
Do you travel outside of Washington?
Yes. While I’m based in Snohomish, Washington, I’m available throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
What if it Rains?
This is Washington—we embrace the weather. Some of the most beautiful and emotional photographs happen during misty, rainy days. I’ll help create backup plans when needed while still preserving the experience you’ve envisioned.
How many images will we receive?
Every elopement is unique, but galleries are carefully curated and fully edited to tell the complete story of your day. You’ll receive all of the best moments, details, and memories from your celebration.
We’re awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
More than okay. Most couples tell me this before their session. My approach focuses on genuine connection and natural interaction rather than stiff posing, so your images feel authentic to who you are.
